Signs of Springs

The miserable weather finally broke and we took advantage of the nice weather to search our neighborhood for signs of spring.
The sun was so bright we could not help but play with our shadows are we walked.

Froggy decreed that we were explorers on a mission.  Our specific goal was crocuses and snowdrops since they are the first signs of spring Mary finds in her garden. We did not find any snowdrops but we saw lots of crocuses.

  1. Super-Nice! In March, it is hard to accept the fact that almost everybody lives further south than we do. The temperature's above 0 (celsius) today, but just barely. Despite an upward trend, there is still snow in the forecast for Sunday. Blah!

  2. I've been watching a few signs of Spring here too, not as much as you are seeing there. It brings so much warmth to my soul to see flowers blooming. Thank you for sharing!

  3. Love the crocus and it does look bright and sunny for your nature study! Shadows are a great sign of spring!

Thanks so much for sharing your world and your link with the OHC.
